Development Stages:

Pre-coding stage: Our specialist will do a smart, sensitive, system analysis. We will select the best technologies to work with, the amount and kind of man power, set milestones and schedule.

Coding Stage: Our programmer's team start programming lean, clean code while the project manager make sure we reach the milestones set at the pre-coding stage. We start micro testing all the code.

Testing and Deployment Stage: Our testing team checks carefully all the coding and the functionality (macro testing). Manuals, Training and Installation soon follow.

Maintaining and updating stage: Blueball works according to our maintaining and updating agreement so your development stays functional and efficient. Many technical specifications that were not included in the first development can be included on the updating stage.

Changing technical specifications:

One of the most common reasons for developments to fail is the constant temptation of adding or changing technical specifications. Agreeing to these changes is not part of a good service, but an irresponsible action from the developing company. Blueball will not change any specification during development, unless the project comes to a full stop to go back to pre-coding stage. That has been the only way to keep our success rate very close to 100%.

You have the choice of delegating as much or as little responsibility on Blueball. You can choose three basic ways:

Where do we develop?

According to the kind of development we will decide the best country to do it. Most developments go to our Saigon development center. Architecture is done in Bangkok because our CIO overviews all the architecture proposals done by the company. Just some very specific developments are developed in Mexico.

Our developing methodology

• Analysis: research feasibility of your proposal to detect possible ways of optimizing its process.
• Strategy: determine the architecture, methodology, language, platform and technologies that fit the project; setting milestones and deadlines; specifying the right hardware to run the new applications on (only when needed). 
• Transition: costing, contract negotiation and initiation.
• Programming: coding closely following the architecture. No change can be done to the architecture without a full stop to the project, reschedule and price adjustment.
• Testing and debugging: after the software has been programmed and reviewed on fractions, we will conduct an extensive test of the application as a whole, debugging any mistakes in the coding.
• Training: according to the number of users, one or more of our trainers will help your employees so they get familiar with the application.
• Deployment: the installation and usage of the application.
• Maintenance: periodically check the application to keep it working as efficiently as possible. 
• Warranty: We will correct any hidden errors the coding may have as soon as possible, so it will not to affect your operation or your relationship with your client.
